On September 28, 2007 the E-one Board had passed the following
resolutions:
As of Sept. 28, 2007, Dr. Han Kou
will step down as the president of E-one and Moli due
to this personal and family reasons.
Effective of Sept. 29, 2007, Mr. Raymond Lee is appointed
to be the President of E-one and Moli.
Dr. Kou is nominated to be the Chief Technical Consultant
for E-one and Moli.
I would like you all to join me in thanking Han for his
dedication in both E-One Moli Taiwan and E-One Moli Canada
for the past 10 years. I believe that under Raymond's
leadership, our company will be continue to grow and prosperous.
I urge you all to give Raymond full supports to move E-One
Moli forward.
